This is a wonderful book! I noticed a couple reviews were very negative but just because you haven't experienced it yourself doesn't make it any less real. For thousands of years people thought the world to be flat. Bioplasmic energy is very real and is now considered by many scientists as the fourth state of matter. Easy to read and follow. Over 100 medical doctors have integrated this type of healing with traditional medicine in their office. Highly recommend.

I have also gone on with it and use the knowledge to treat my horses, goats, dogs and cats. It is a breath of fresh air to have another health tool to help ourselves. I was very surprised by this book. I have been pretty skeptical of a lot of the energetic healing disciplines out there, and I was not really expecting much. However, this book and the presentation does provide techniques that do work. I am still working my way through the book, but the method working for me is to read a chapter, practice the techniques for a few days until I have them down in order to continue. I really like the examples and stories presented by both Stephen and Eric, as it helps to give a foundation of this really happening to people. The book is a great beginner tool, and once you start to practice the exercises you start to want more. I am now going to purchase the entire book set of Pranic Healing! Give this book a shot, keep an open mind, and just honestly follow the techniques. If you do, you will notice something happening.
I gave this as a gift to someone who needed help walking. Shortly after he was walking on his own. Very good for anyone wanting to learn Pranic healing without taking and buying all the books and courses. But if you want to be more or have some serious ailments to try and do then I highly recommend Miracles and advanced pranic healing books.
